SYMPTOMSAfter you import a Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 presentation into Microsoft Office Live Meeting by using the Slide Uploader in the Microsoft Office Live Meeting Add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Internet Explorer may quit unexpectedly. You may also receive the following error message:
The instruction at 0x0c9a8bd5 referenced memory at 0x8ccc0082. The memory could not be written.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when the Microsoft MSN Toolbar is installed as an add-in to Internet Explorer.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, remove the MSN Toolbar. To do this, follow these steps: - Start Internet Explorer.
- On the MSN Toolbar, click MSN, and then click Uninstall.
- Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
Note After the removal is complete, the MSN Toolbar may still appear in windows that were already open. To remove the MSN Toolbar from those windows, close the windows, and then open new windows.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
