FIX: BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 generates an empty QualityOfService element in the ServiceHeader (840966)

SYMPTOMS

RosettaNet messages that are generated by the Microsoft BizTalk Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 may incorrectly create the QualityOfService element as an empty element.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
