This article discusses how to selectively control engines on a multi-engine aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002. By default, engine commands will affect all engines on multi-engine aircraft.

To control individual engines on a multi-engine aircraft, use the following commands to select the engine, and then apply the engine command that you want. The following example is for an aircraft that has four engines:

Press E + 1+4Control of the two outside engines

Note When you try to select multiple engines, you do not have to press all the numeric keys at the same time.

For example, to control the two outside engines, press and hold E while you press 1, and then press 4.
