RichEdit 3.0 control does not align decimal numbers correctly after you change the decimal symbol from a dot to a comma (839078)

SYMPTOMS

If you change the decimal symbol from a dot (.) to a comma (,) in Microsoft Windows XP or in Microsoft Windows 2000, the RichEdit 3.0 control may not align decimal numbers correctly. To change this setting, click Regional and Language Options in Control Panel, click Regional Options, and then click Customize.
