SYMPTOMS
The Su.exe command-line tool from the Microsoft Windows 2000
Resource Kit may not work as expected when you use the tool to run a command
prompt as another user. When you type
su
UserName cmd, you receive the following
error message:
PrepareEnvironmentBlock error! (rc=203)
The system could not find the environment option that was entered.
You can open a command prompt, but an incorrect %USERNAME% variable
is used.
