This article describes how to save a video of a flight in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002. This article also explains where the flight video files are stored on your computer.

To save a video of a flight, follow these steps:
  1. Start Flight Simulator 2002.
  2. When you are in the cockpit, on the Options menu, click Flight Video.
  3. On the Flight Video screen, click Record new clip, and then click OK.
  4. When you want to stop recording your video, press ESC.
  5. On the Save Video screen, under Video Clip Title, type a name for your video.
  6. On the Save Video screen, under Description, type a description of your video.
  7. Click Review to watch the video, or click Resume to continue your flight.
Flight Simulator 2002 video files are stored in the following folder where path is the location where Flight Simulator 2002 is installed on your computer:

path\Flights\myflts

You can view these files in Flight Simulator 2002 on other computers, but not in other media players such as Microsoft Windows Media Player.
