SYMPTOMS

When you try to use a Microsoft SideWinder Plug and Play game pad USB 1.0 to play Spiderman: The Movie by Activision, the game pad works correctly in the game menus, but does not work during game play.

This problem occurs although the game pad works correctly in Game Controllers in Control Panel.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if you have not installed the update for Spiderman: The Movie.
