Budget Planner contains incorrect entries in Money 2002 (837873)

Microsoft Money 2002, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- Some bills may appear multiple times in the
budget.
- Bills that you have deleted still appear in your
budget.
This problem persists after you reset the Budget
Planner. CAUSEThis problem occurs if you deleted a recurring bill in Money
without ending the series.RESOLUTIONWarning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious
problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft
cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry
Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. To
resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Quit Money 2002.
- Click Start, and then click
Run.
- In the Open box, type
regedit, and then click OK.
- Locate, and then right-click the following key in the
registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Money\10.0 - Click New, and then click DWORD
Value.
- Type DeleteBudgetPlan, and then
press ENTER.
- Right-click DeleteBudgetPlan, and then
click Modify.
- In the Value data box, type
1.
- Make sure that Hexadecimal is selected
under Base, and then click OK.
