SYMPTOMS
Your Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer may stop unexpectedly, and you may receive a Stop error message on a blue screen that is similar to the following:
Stop: 0x0000000A (00000063, 0000001c, 00000000, parameter4) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL*** Address x has base at x - filename
The first three parameters of this Stop error will always be the same, but the fourth parameter (
parameter4) will vary.
