Playlist on a Web page only plays the first sound file (836436)

SYMPTOMSWhen you try to play a Windows Media Player playlist (.asx) from a Web page, only the first sound file in the playlist may play.CAUSEThis problem occurs when the all the following conditions are true:
- The Web page uses an embedded Windows Media Player control with the classID for Windows Media Player version 6.4.
- The Windows Media Player autostart control property is set to false.
- The computer where you play the .asx file has Windows Media Player version 9 installed.
WORKAROUNDTo work around the problem, do not use the autostart property. Instead, use the Windows Media Player object to prevent the control from playing after the page is fully loaded.
