Address information is deleted from a Great Plains company database after you update an address by using Microsoft CRM Integration for Great Plains (835468)

SYMPTOMS

After you use Microsoft CRM Integration for Great Plains to update an address, the information in the Microsoft Great Plains company database is deleted for that address record. Specifically, this problem occurs when you update an address in an integrated customer record that exists in Microsoft CRM. The information is deleted from the SY01200 (Internet Addresses) table in the company database.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next version of Microsoft CRM that contains this hotfix.
