SYMPTOMS

Your Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer may stop unexpectedly, and you receive the following error message:
A problem has been detected And Windows has been shut down To prevent damage To your computer...
Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x804CA26B, 0x00000001, 0x01C37EDF)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Note The four parameters in this error message may vary depending on the cause of the Stop error.

CAUSE

This problem is caused by a race condition that is started when a thread process exits from call stack and then tries to exit again from the same call stack.
