The following issue is fixed in this hotfix package, but was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • When you use a ListBox control on a user form that contains Japanese or other special characters in an Office 2003 program, one or more of the following issues may occur:
    • The lower section of characters that are contained in the ListBox control may be missing.
    • Some special characters or a line of characters may be missing from the ListBox control.
    • The font that is used by the special characters that is contained in the ListBox control may be changed to a different font such as Tahoma.
