To resolve this issue, please download the following file from the Microsoft Download Center:
PPT02C.exe
After downloading the file, unzip the content into the default temporary folder and follow the steps below:

Find the installation folder for this title. For local installations, it is C:\Program Files\MELL\GER\Desktop\OFFPRO\ppt02c. For Server installations, it is the corresponding folder structure under C:\Inetpub\
In the ..\ppt02c folder rename all of files listed above using a different file extension, such as .old. For example, rename PPT02C0105SM.swf to PPT02C0105SM.old
Copy all of the files listed above from the temporary folder to the ..\ppt02c folder, overwriting any existing files.

The simulations and the Lesson intros will then be correctly translated to German.
