Issues that are fixed in the hotfix package

The following issue is fixed in this hotfix package but was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • After you upgrade your copy of Microsoft Office to Microsoft Office 2003, you cannot import Excel 2003 worksheets or named data ranges into a SharePoint Team Services from Microsoft server. When you try to do this, you receive the following error message:
    Cannot connect to the server at this time. Your list cannot be published.
