SYMPTOMSIf the file name of an e-mail attachment contains special characters, such as &, #, and @, the attachment will not be sent with the e-mail in Microsoft® CRM Sales for Outlook 1.0.RESOLUTIONMicrosoft Business Solutions CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative package.
