The hotfix rollup that is described in this article resolves problems in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM version 1.0. These problems are described in the following Knowledge Base articles:

831181 After you reactivate an existing sales process in Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Workflow 1.0, the sales process activities are missing

831189 The Microsoft CRM Deletion Service does not remove records from the Microsoft CRM SQL Server database promptly

834548 The e-mail address does not resolve to the contact record when you send an e-mail message from an existing Microsoft CRM contact

Restart requirement

Restart your Microsoft CRM server after you install this hotfix if you are prompted to do so. You do not have to restart your client computer after you install this hotfix.
