You receive an error message if a program uses the ITCallInfo::SetCallInfoBuffer method from TAPI 3.0 (834148)

SYMPTOMS

If a program uses the ITCallInfo::SetCallInfoBuffer method from Telephony API (TAPI) 3.0, you may receive the following error message:
Invalid call state TAPI_E_InvalCallState
