You may not be able to log on to Project Central by using your Windows account when you use Project 2000 (833920)

RESOLUTION

1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Services Manager.
2. Double-click your system, right-click Default Web Site, and then click Properties.
3. Click the Directory Security tab, and then under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
4. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
   
   Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
5. Click OK.
6. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, double-click Default Web Site, right-click ProjectCentral, and then click Properties.
7. Click the Directory Security tab, and then under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
8. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
   
   Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
9. Click OK.
10. In the ProjectCentral Properties dialog box, click OK.
11. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, right-click DEFAULT.ASP, and then click Properties.
12. Click the File Security tab.
13. Under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
14. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
    
    Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
15. Click OK.
16. In the DEFAULT.ASP Properties dialog box, click OK.
17. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, double-click ProjectCentral, click ISAPI, right-click PJDBCOMM.DLL, and then click Properties.
18. Click the File Security tab.
19. Under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
20. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
    
    Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
21. Click OK.
22. In the PJDBCOMM.DLL Properties dialog box, click OK.
23. In the Internet Information Services dialog box under ProjectCentral, right-click Logon, and then click Properties.
24. Click the Directory Security tab.
25. Under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
26. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
    
    Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
27. Click OK.
28. In the Logon Properties dialog box, click OK.
29. Right-click BasicAuth.ASP, and then click Properties.
30. Click the File Security tab.
31. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
    
    Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
32. Click OK.
33. In the BasicAuth.ASP Properties dialog box, click OK.
34. In the Internet Information Services dialog box, under Default Web Site, right-click MSADC, and then click Properties.
35. Click the Directory Security tab.
36. Under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit.
37. Click to select the Anonymous access check box, click to select the Basic authentication (password is sent in clear text) check box, and then click to select the Integrated Windows authentication check box.
    
    Note Click Yes, if you receive the Internet Manager dialog box.
38. Click OK.
39. In the MSADC Properties dialog box, click OK.
40. Quit IIS.
