FIX: "The parser has stopped parsing the document" error message when BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet tries to process an encrypted RosettaNet message (833254)

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet may not completely process an encrypted RosettaNet message from the partner. When this problem occurs, the message is moved to the BizTalk Server Suspended queue and you receive the following error message in the application log:
Accelerator for RosettaNet parser succeeded in decrypting the body parts. But the decrypted body part is not of content-type Multipart/related. It is of content-type: text/plain. The parser has stopped parsing the document.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next BizTalk Server Accelerator for RosettaNet 2.0 service pack that contains this hotfix.
