The mailbox size and the message count are not collected by the Mailbox Statistics report in MOM 2000 (832992)

SYMPTOMS

When you run the Report Collection - Mailbox Statistics event processing rule in Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000, the mailbox size and the message count may not be collected.

Note The Report Collection - Mailbox Statistics event processing rule is available with the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server management pack for MOM 2000. This event processing rule can be found in the MOM Administrator Console at the following location:
