Assigned sections disappear from the Section list in an Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document when you split table cells (832961)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When you split the cell of a table that contains an assigned section in your Microsoft Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document in Microsoft Office Word 2003, that assigned section and any other sections in the table may disappear from the Section list on the Document Actions task pane.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when you split a table cell that contains text in an assigned section of an Office Solution Accelerator for Proposals document that is opened from your Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services Web site.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
  1. On the Document Actions task pane, click Sections.

    Note Sections is at the top of the Document Actions task pane immediately under Proposals Accelerator.
  2. In the Sections area, change the Select sections to view (Show) box.

    For example, change the Select sections to view box to My Sections, and then change it back to All Sections.
