This Support WebCast session will discuss common configuration settings when deploying offline address lists and offline address books. This session will review the details about Exchange Server and Outlook client settings. It will also talk about some common issues.

This is a Level 100 session that will be presented by Krista Thorwald.
Krista Thorwald joined Microsoft in 1995. She has been involved with Exchange support, training, and courseware development. Krista currently works for Product Support Services (PSS) in the Escalation Services team, providing customer troubleshooting support.
