SYMPTOMS

You are not prompted complete the Pay-Per-View Channel order transaction when you schedule an Advanced Recording of a pay-per-view channel program with Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004.

When Media Center changes to the pay-per-view channel to start recording the program, the Pay-Per-View Channel notification dialog box appears, and unless you complete the order transaction to the view the program, the program is not recorded.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
