SYMPTOMSWhen you apply a Custom Property Set (on

set from a selected shape that contains custom properties.WORKAROUND To work around this behavior, create a new set of
properties when you create a Custom Property Set. To do this, follow
these steps:
- Open your Visio 2003 drawing.
- Select the shape that you want to add custom properties
to.
- Right-click the shape, point to Shape, and
then click Custom Properties.
- Click Yes when you receive the following
message:No custom properties exist.
Would you
like to define custom properties now? - In the Define Custom Properties dialog
box, type or select the type of custom property that you want.
- Click OK to close the Define
Custom Properties dialog box.
