"Failed to commit modifications" error message when you run the Rtcsipen.wsf migration script for Instant Messaging (830834)

SYMPTOMSWhen you run the Rtcsipen.wsf migration script for Microsoft Instant Messaging that is included in Microsoft Office Live Communication Server 2003, you may receive the following error message: Failed to commit modifications to Active Directory for User Name@Domain Name. CAUSEThis issue may occur if the Rtcsipen.wsf migration script is run by a user who is not the root domain administrator. The issue occurs because the user does not have the correct permissions to write to the object or to the attribute that the script is trying to create in the Microsoft Active Directory directory service.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, log on to the computer as the root domain
administrator for the Active Directory domain, and then run the Rtcsipen.wsf
migration script.
