Visio stops responding when you click customer feedback options in Visio 2003 (830036)

SYMPTOMS

If you run an ActiveX control that starts Microsoft Office Visio 2003 as a customized program, Visio may appear to stop responding or lose focus when you click Customer Feedback Options on the Help menu. This symptom may occur if you use Microsoft Visual Basic 6 to create the ActiveX control.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, press ESC to close the Customer Feedback Options dialog box.
