Issues That Are Fixed in the Hotfix Package

The following issue is fixed in this hotfix package:
  • 829767 PPT2000: File Save As Reverts to Wrong Folder When You Save Web Presentations

The following issue is also fixed in this hotfix package, but it was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • If you save a new Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, make changes, and then click Save As on the File menu to save the presentation to a Open Document Management API (ODMA) Document Management System (DMS), you receive an error message from your DMS, and you cannot save your presentation.

    This problem may occur when you have the Allow fast saves option turned off in PowerPoint 2000.
