Passport, you must enable cookies. When you view your Internet Explorer settings, you may see that cookies are enabled. CAUSEThis behavior may occur if the system date and time of your computer are not correct.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, correct the system date and time. To do so, follow these steps: - On the Apple menu, click Control Panels, and then click Date & Time.
- Click Date Formats, and then edit the date so that it matches the current date.
- Click OK to close the Date Formats dialog box, and then click to exit the Date & Time control panel.
