This Support WebCast session will discuss common problems and scenarios that may occur when you are installing Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003. The session will talk about clean installations and also about upgrades from Small Business Server 2000 scenarios. This Support WebCast will review known limitations, upgrade requirements, installation, configuration, post-installation actions, and troubleshooting tips.

This is a Level 200 session that will be presented by Justin Crosby & Damian Leibaschoff. Justin Crosby joined Microsoft in 2000. He has a B.S. in Telecommunication and Networking Technology from Purdue University. He has been involved with the support of Small Business Server for the last two and one-half years. He has created and delivered internal training in the areas of SBS 2003, SBS 2000 Service Pack 1, Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA), and SQL Server. He was a beta tester for Windows SBS 2003. Damian Leibaschoff joined Microsoft in 2000. Damian has an M.S. in Information Systems Technology from the George Washington University. He has been involved with the support of Small Business Server for the last two and one-half years. He has created and delivered internal training in the areas of SBS 2003 and Exchange 2000. Damian also created and delivered training about SBS 2000 to external audiences. He was a beta tester for Windows SBS 2003.
