Toshiba Help and Support Center Does Not Correctly Display the Toshiba Console Contents (828666)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to open the Toshiba Console in the Help and Support Center while network or Internet access is not available, the World Wide Support Portal appears instead.

RESOLUTION

To open the Toshiba Console in the Help and Support Center, follow these steps:
  1. Click Home.
  2. Click Toshiba Console on the left pane.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.
