Folders in the Folders Pane Do Not Expand Correctly (828647)

SYMPTOMSIn the Folders pane, when you expand a folder, the plus sign
(+) may disappear, and the node may not expand even when it contains other
folders. This behavior occurs when the folder that you select is from a
third-party namespace extension.
If you expand the folder from the
third-party namespace extension, the folder expands correctly.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, install Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 or Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1.
