SYMPTOMS

After you finish installing Microsoft Office Visio 2003 as an upgrade to a previous version of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Windows Installer may prompt you to restart the computer.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if there are files to be replaced that are in use.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, restart the computer.
