Suspend and Resume Operation Causes a Memory Leak in FSDMGR (827650)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

Memory usage increases when you suspend and resume the device. The storage card that the device uses may become inaccessible after a suspend/resume operation, and you must reset the device.

CAUSE

This is a problem in the File System Driver Manager component (FSDMGR).

RESOLUTION

Prerequisites

This fix is supported only when all previously issued fixes for this product have also been installed.

Restart Requirement

You must perform a clean operation and rebuild the platform after you apply this fix.
