You cannot add templates to the Fax Templates list box in Office 2003 (827307)

When you use Microsoft Office 2003, you cannot add templates to the Fax Templates list box.

In the Fax Service task pane, there is a list box that displays the available fax templates and a Custom button that enables you to find and to select a custom template.

The Fax Templates list box displays the three fax templates that are included with Office 2003. You cannot add any templates to this list.

You can select a custom template. To do so, click Browse and then by opening a custom template. After you select a custom template, that template will be the default fax template that is used when you fax items, even though it does not appear in the Fax Coversheet list box.

Note The Fax Service task pane does not appear on the dropdown list in the Word Task Pane View. For the Fax Service task pane to appear, you must sign up for an Internet fax service provider. To do so, click File, click Send To, and then click Recipient using Internet Fax Service.
