PRB: Advertisements That BizDesk Has Processed Correctly Do Not Appear on the Client UI (824933)

SYMPTOMSYou can put advertisements on the local IPG client user interface (UI) by using Microsoft Commerce Server Business Desk (BizDesk). However, sometimes the advertisements do not appear on the client UI. This behavior might occur although the advertisements have been processed correctly by BizDesk.CAUSETypically, this problem occurs because the title is missing from the advertisement content. When the title is missing, the IPG client rejects the advertisement.RESOLUTIONVerify that all the required components of the advertisement are present. The required components are the following:
