You Cannot Retrieve a Deleted E-Mail Message When You Work Offline (824888)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

If you delete an e-mail message in Microsoft Entourage X for Mac while you are working offline, you cannot retrieve the e-mail message because it is not moved to the Deleted Items folder.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, connect to the Microsoft Exchange server and retrieve the e-mail message from the Exchange Deleted Items folder.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
