Calendar Event Subject Line Does Not Change After an Update by Meeting Organizer (824882)

SYMPTOMS

When you view a Calendar event, its subject line may not have changed after a recent update of that single event by the Meeting Organizer.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs when the following conditions are true:
  • The Calendar event is part of a series of recurring meetings.
  • The Meeting Organizer changed the subject for only this one occurrence in the series.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
