SYMPTOMS
When you try to view a timesheet grid in Microsoft Project Central, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:

When you click the
Users link on the Administration page, you receive the following error message:
An error has occurred on this page.

If you click
Yes in the error message, the collapsed timesheet grid appears.
Additionally, you may experience one of the following symptoms when you try to view a timesheet grid in Microsoft Project Central:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer may stop responding.
- You receive a blank page with the following message when you try to access the timesheet grid controls:-or-
- You receive a warning symbol (a yellow triangle with an exclamation point [!]) to the left of the word "Done" at the bottom of the browser window.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, apply the latest version of the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to the client computers that are experiencing the symptoms that are described in this article.
