XADM: Message with Many Recipients Is Corrupted After It Is Forwarded By a Rule (822555)

SYMPTOMS

You may find that messages that are forwarded by a rule appear incorrectly. The body of the forwarded message may be corrupted. For example, the From line, the Sent line, or the To line may appear several times.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • The message is addressed to many recipients (about 500 recipients).
  • The message has been forwarded to you by a rule.
