A2: Yes. You can create a shortcut key to start any Microsoft Windows program. To create a shortcut to start OneNote, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, and then point to All Programs.
  2. Point to Microsoft Office, right-click Microsoft Office OneNote 2003, and then click Properties.
  3. On the Shortcut tab, click in the Shortcut key box.
  4. Type the shortcut key combination that you want to use to start Microsoft Office OneNote 2003. The key assignment appears in the Shortcut key box.
  5. Click OK to close the Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 Properties dialog box.
