BUG: You receive an access violation in Ole32.dll when you debug a custom application (821856)

SYMPTOMS

When you create a custom application that calls a Microsoft COM+ component, you may receive an access violation in Ole32.dll when you debug the application.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article.

RESOLUTION
