You Receive an Error Message When You Create a Message, a Contact, or a Task in Outlook Web Access (820276)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to create a new mail message, to add a new contact, or to add a new task, you receive one of the following error messages:
A System error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.

-or-

Unable to connect to your mailbox on server Server_Name. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact your administrator.

CAUSE

This error message occurs if you have reached the storage limit for your mailbox.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
