Hotmail messages appear to be sent without Hotmail credentials through Outlook 2003 (817879)

SYMPTOMSIn Outlook 2003, your Sent Messages folder in your Hotmail
account may contain messages that you did not send, although no one else knows
your Hotmail credentials.CAUSEThis issue may occur if both the following conditions are
true:
- Another user has had access to your computer and user
profile, with or without your permission.
- Your Hotmail account has been added to your Outlook e-mail
accounts.
WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, move your Personal Folder Store
(PST) to a hard disk that uses an Encrypting File System (EFS), and do not let
anyone else use your computer.MORE INFORMATIONThe other user does not have to know your Hotmail password.
E-mail messages to be sent through your Hotmail account can be created and
queued without providing the password. The next time you send and receive
e-mail and provide Outlook with your Hotmail credentials, the queued messages
are sent.
