holds the MCSE and MCDBA status. Mihir joined the Microsoft SQL Server Support
team in January 2000 after completing his Master's in Computer Science. His
expertise lies in the areas of XML technologies in SQL Server, Transact-SQL
programming, and improving SQL Server performance. Mihir has been involved with
the development and support of SQL Server 2000 Notification Services since its
