SYMPTOMSWhen you try to access the administration Web page for RSA
ACE/Server 5.0.1 for Windows, you cannot access the Web page, and you receive an error message that is similar to one of the
following: Error 404: URL not found -
or - Service Unavailable CAUSEThis issue occurs because your version of RSA ACE/Server for
Windows is not compatible with Windows Server 2003.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, contact RSA Security Inc. for an update
that fixes the compatibility problem that is described in this article.
