SYMPTOMS

When a recurring appointment contains corrupted data, and you try to use Collaboration Data Objects (CDO) to open that recurring appointment from an external program, you receive an access violation error message that is similar to the following message:
The instruction at "0x77fcb836" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".
