SYMPTOMS

When you try to play a video clip in Microsoft Windows Movie Maker 2, the video clip may play back more quickly than you expect, and the sound may play at a higher pitch than you expect.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you have an outdated version of InterVideo WinDVD installed on your computer. InterVideo WinDVD is a third-party program that is used to view DVDs on your computer.
