The Excel Viewer Scrollbar Does Not Size Correctly When The Document View Is Zoomed (814042)


The information in this article applies to:

SYMPTOMS

When the Excel Viewer is set to show the document at a magnification level that is greater than 100%, the vertical and horizontal scrollbars are not sized correctly to allow you to scroll to the bottom or right edges of the document.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE Core OS QFE . To resolve this problem immediately, search for the keyword "QFE" on the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/

MORE INFORMATION

You can quickly scroll to a portion of the document by dragging the scroll box (thumb) with the mouse. When the magnification is set to greater than 100%, you cannot view the full document. You can still scroll the document one line at a time with the arrow buttons at either end of the scrollbar.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
