OL2000: Last Month of Other Person's Published Free/Busy Information Is Missing (813754)

SYMPTOMS

You may not be able to view the last month of another person's published Free/Busy information. For example, if the other person's published Free/Busy information contains 12 months, the last month of Free/Busy information may be missing.

Note You may be able to successfully view the other person's Free/Busy information from today to 11 months inclusive.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if Outlook only published 11 months of the requested 12 months of the person's Free/Busy information to the Microsoft Exchange server.

RESOLUTION

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to computers that are experiencing this specific problem.

The English version of this fix should have the following file attributes or later:

After the hotfix is installed, the English version of this fix will have the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
